Lelanie Petty, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and involved community member of Corsicana, founded Petty Insurance in 2010. After a long battle with cancer, Lelanie passed away in September of 2017. Her strength and determination to battle her disease encouraged everyone around her and still holds a dear place in the hearts of her family and coworkers today.

Lelanie worked for Allstate Insurance in Corsicana with Badie Stewart for 23 years before establishing her own agency. For many years, her satisfied customers voted Petty Insurance “Best of the Best”. In December of 2007, she married Steve Petty, who has continued her legacy of providing quality insurance and great service to her customers in Navarro County and throughout Texas.

Alongside Steve is longtime Petty agent Dawn Golden, and agent Kenneth Martin (not pictured). Teresa Jones, Lelanie's lifelong best friend, is the office manager. Together, this dynamic team strives to provide excellent customer service, great insurance options, and affordable rates.
